The Avenues – Bahrain is a one stop destination for food, shopping and fun.  The Avenues is the first shopping and leisure destination of its kind in the Kingdom of Bahrain, with a unique seafront location stretching 1.5 km. The design gives the visitors an outdoor feeling while remaining indoors, protected from the heat by a ceiling that allows sunlight in.
It also includes a large family entertainment areas such as a special play hall, 10 cinemas, public parks, walkways and parking spaces.

There is an NCP Car Park in London Whitechapel High Street, Spreadeagle Yard, Whitechapel High St, London E1 7RA. A 3 minute walk from our candy store.

Yes! Some of our best-sellers are surprise gifts to loved ones, friends and colleagues. We can even make bespoke personalised candy face lollipops. Simply send us a photo of your chosen person and we’ll turn them into a life size lollipop. Our Master Candy Makers know no bounds when it comes to being creative with candy!

Our products contain traces of nuts as we hand make nut-based confectionery on site. If you have any other allergies please let us know prior to booking a masterclass or ordering our products.

All of our fruit flavours are natural. Please ask our staff if you have any queries on our non-fruit flavours.

We’re proud to say our hard rock candy mixes and lollipops are all vegan and our confectionery lines (popcorn, fudge, honeycomb and toffees) are vegetarian. All of our products are also gelatine, gluten and GM-free.

Yes absolutely! We have a broad range of masterclasses. Our most popular adult masterclass is the Great Candy Face-Off where people stand opposite each other and, under the expert guidance of of master face-makers, make each other’s face. We also have a licence to serve alcohol, just to steady the nerves. If you want something more indulgent, our Journey through Confectionery, where you can master the art of making fudge, brittles, popcorn and honeycomb over 3 hours is just for you. Warning: you might need a cab to get everything you make home with you.

Absolutely! Even we like to ‘get out of the house’ every now and then. We do pop-ups for parties, weddings, corporate events. Any excuse !

Unless you book an exclusive party, corporate event, kids party or hen party, classes can be open for other people to join.

You will get our unique venue all to yourself to celebrate a children’s party where each child watches a candy demonstration and creates their own delicious swirl lollipops to take home with a certified Candy Maker certificate. You also have the option of ordering food, birthday cake, themed decorations, music and more to make your event even more special.

Yes, you will have a choice of recipes to choose during the booking process on our website.

Our master candy makers teach you the art and science behind handmade candy making, and then show you how it’s done. You then put on an apron and some gloves and create your own delicious swirl lollipops made from the colours and flavours you have chosen. You will leave with all the candy you have made plus a certificate that welcomes you into the special community of qualified Handmade Candy Makers.

Yes, our store is accessible by wheelchair however our candy making masterclasses are unfortunately unsuitable for wheelchair users due to the height of our candy making tables.

Unfortunately our facilities accommodate standing only.

Yes, absolutely, we allow one adult per child to spectate free of charge.

In a one hour masterclass each person will take away approximately 1 kilo of candy creations, which could be anywhere from four to 12 lollipops depending on the speed, creativity and ambition of our apprentice candy makers (that’s you)!

Yes, our Children’s Masterclasses are suitable for children aged 6 and above. If you child is below 6 then an additional waiver will need to be signed by the childs parent or carer.

Classes last from 60 – 180 minutes depending on which one you choose.
